I offer small, welcoming yoga classes for people at all stages of their yoga journey, offering space to explore a version of yoga that works for your unique self.

Yoga is a way of moving through life, not just on the mat. My classes incorporate yoga philosophy, pranayama (breathwork) and meditation alongside a strong, yet steady, flow to help you to find a deeper connection with yourself and the world around you.
