Connect to nature through yoga

Join me for yoga in Ham, Richmond and Kingston Upon Thames.

I combine my passions for yoga and the natural environment by teaching outdoor yoga when the days are longer. Practicing yoga outside brings so many health and wellbeing benefits, as well as providing a beautiful, community setting.

I started practicing yoga in my mid-teens, but really fell in love with the practice when I discovered vinyasa. I found in just a few minutes of being on my mat that she was absorbed in the present moment and left class feeling energised and clear headed. Wanting to pass this feeling onto others, inspired me to become a yoga teacher. Since then I've continued to learn more about different styles, as well as the roots and philosophy of yoga.

My classes are small, welcoming and informal. I encourage students to find a version of yoga that works for them, and help you explore how to make yoga poses suit your unique body.

I seek to honour yoga’s roots, by bringing yoga philosophy, pranayama (breathwork) and meditation into classes, alongside a flowing, yet powerful, movement practice.
